Instruction Spaces in Olin and Uris

Fiske Classroom

The Fiske Classroom, located on the gallery level of Uris Library, is an active learning classroom with a large screen and seating for up to 90 students. The Fiske Classroom can be reserved through Cornell’s Academic and Event Scheduling website.

Uris Library CL3 Lab

Located off the Gallery Level in Uris Library, the CL3 Lab (or “Cornell Library Collaborative Learning Computer Lab”) offers specialized multimedia editing software as well as a dedicated projector/screen, wall-mounted speakers, and white boards for teaching purposes. The lab is open for general use whenever there is no scheduled class. The CL3 Lab can be reserved by emailing okuspaces@cornell.edu.

Library Materials Teaching Classrooms

Olin Library Rooms 303, 403, 603 are reserved for courses engaged with the collections housed in Olin and Uris Libraries. Courses meeting in these rooms use physical materials from the collections on a regular basis throughout the semester. All three Materials Teaching Classrooms are easily accessible. Instructors whose courses require close proximity to the library collections may request use of these rooms by submitting a Materials Teaching Classroom Request Form.
